Wangchuk Tsegyal and Jangchub Chumso are from the town of Ozer, in Darlag County, Golok. Nobody knows who their father is and their mother died when they were young. They were both cared for by their grandmother who lived in an old people's home. When they reached the age of two their grandmother passed away. Unable to find a guardian for these two young children, this school took them in at the request of the local government.
