Tsewang Rigzin is from Ponkor, Darlag County, Golok. He was born into a wealthy family, however his famliy became involved in a bitter land dispute. The people involved in the land dispute fought terribly with eachother, finally resulting in the death of Tsewang Rigzin's parents and some relatives. After this, he and his brother had no one to look after them, at which time they entered this school.
