Traling School
Traling School is located on the grounds of Traling Gonpa. Traling Gonpa is located very near Sengdruk Taktse School, just outside the
town of Darlag, in Golok. Traling Gonpa is an important branch of Khatok Gonpa in Kham, which is one of the main Nyingma monasteries in Tibet.
The majority of the children from Traling School have the desire to become a monk or scholar one day. Most of the students come from poor backgrounds, and many have lost one or both parents.
