My name is Jigme Gawa. I am from Sangruma, Darlag County, Golok. When I was four years old my parents separated and abandoned me. Because of this, I became very poor and weak. Then when I was seven years old my uncle explained my situation to Sengdruk Taktse School and they understood what had happened to me, and let me come to this school. I entered in 1999, and on the first day here, the sun was shining on me.
