Jamyang Tenzin was born in Derge, Kham. Nobody knows who is father is, her Mother became very sick and her family had to sell all their yaks for medicine. Even though she was treated with medicine she still was very sick, then as a result of her illness she became very poor and had to ask others for help. Jamyang Tenzin entered this school in 2005.
