Delek Rabgye is from Takar, Padma County, Golok. He was born into a nomad family. When he was nine years old, his father became very ill. He went to many hospitals, and because of this, his family became very poor. Even after spending all their money trying to cure his illness, he finally succumbed to his sickness and passed away. After their father's death, the family became very poor. As a result of all this, he came to this school.
